what up guys I'm about to make one of my
favorite things in the universe and it's
fried rice and the reason why I love
making fried rice is because no two
fried rice are made the same if you're
doing it correctly and what I mean by
correctly is if you're using left overs
from the fridge and then you're getting
creative to go how can I put these
ingredients together and make it taste
good usually each fried rice has its own
unique taste because all the ingredients
are different so today I have some
leftover ham from the ham sandwiches
some of the smoky sausages and then some
of the bok choy I cut up from the
leftover shadow shadow and then I've
decided to put a little bit of garlic in
here to tie it all together
pappa egg in it and then use the
leftover rice and then I'll probably
season it with a little bit of sesame
oil and that's gonna be this signature
fried rice one of my favorite fried
Rice's I've ever made was with leftover
barbecue so I actually messed up some
brisket cuz I'll smoking it and I took
it off way too early at around 8 to 10
hours when I probably should've just
waited 12 to 14 and would've been really
juicy but by me chopping it up it did
soften and tenderize it
but the smokiness in that fried rice was
so bummed and that's why I love making
fried rice step number one always poke
the pen just does a nice little coat
because when you're using fattier meats
like ham or the sausages it has its
natural oils so it will naturally just
start melting off and it won't stick
especially if using a nonstick pan like
I'm doing so I got this bad boy going on
and then the next step is to actually
throw the fattier meat on first because
what I like about that is it lets the
its own fats and juices melt off and
then I get to have that flavor absorbed
into everything else
so I throw this bad boy on as you can
tell the pan is not hot yet I kind of
jumped the gun usually you want to wait
till it's hot cuz I like hearing that
which you will get when I throw the
garlic on which is my favorite part so
as you can see I got these guys sizzling
a little bit on there feel the heat on
my face getting some of that nice it's
right where I wanted to be
now the next step my favorite I'm gonna
get the garlic put on here

that garlic and that fat oil grease
things mixed together oh I can smell it
already
mother the outdoor barbecue
oh I can smell that garlic
go that around then the veggies just
soak it all up

once I have the veggies all up on there
I spread it out evenly and now it's the
right part for the life I just
it's kind of hard this is just skim out
of the fridge probably sure to put in
the micro it but it's all right now I
just break it all up and I start mixing
it with all of that garlic and fatty and
then right don't fall out of the pan and
once I have it spread out so flipping it
over

I'll bring it away from the egg to fall
off
and once the rice gets warm which I can
tell that it's only get warm by
housebreaking up then it's time to throw
the egg on so with the egg if you want
to do it the right way you would take
this out put it in like a cup or
something and mix it together they yolk
and the egg white but I'm lazy you know
cooking at home so I don't really care
about presentation it's always a
straight crack the egg in the rice and
I'll pop the egg in the pan
break it up in here
get that straight across the rise
flip it spread it around
like that
we're almost done doc and I killed a
bunch of leftovers take a little bit of
sesame oil little does a trip back and
then a little salt action then don't
need us all to too much because remember
the meats already come salted so we
don't have to solve for too much Oh with
destiny
and the garlic and we got badges in here
there's a good little meal for Tigers
got protein carbs some veggies garlic
egg all kinds of good stuff for that
little dude in there
you don't like that second did you try
yeah try it
Amy is it yummy come on try it yeah I
love it
Papa made us yummy did you like your mom
Ali yeah at least one person likes it
can't win all of them come on try and
see if you like it even honey have you
been eating snacks all day yeah
nice we got one happy customer for most
part of my morning I'm in this room it's
my little office getting work done cuz
although we are quarantined and we are
staying at home there's actually a ton
of work that needs to be done and most
of it is dealing with the aftermath of
like the whole corona theme so we have
to shelter in right we have to stay home
but the problem is our JK offices and
yes there's two and our barbel gym and
office we all have to pay rent still
right so there's an expense and
utilities that constantly have to go out
but we don't have any money coming in
because we can't do any work so that's
what's really tough and although there
are a little bit of savings for our
staff I feel really bad to let anyone go
because we can't pay them so we're
trying to figure money's coming in so
we're trying to figure out ways to like
we may we might have to deplete some
savings but we're still able to pay our
JK and barbel staff but what are ways we
can still generate revenue from not
meeting or what's a way of maybe pulling
out a loan so we can prepay them so that
the company could take on the burden and
then we strategize ways to come up
stronger than ever from this so that's
what's been taking up my mornings and
there's still a lot of work and all my
fellow business owners out there you
guys know how hard it is when
we get hit with the crises like this
like we get hit double hard you know
like if you're a staff or employee of a
company you get caught off and then you
can file for unemployment or you got to
figure out not that it's easier but you
still you figure out the main party that
you have to worry about is your family
and yourself but when it comes to owning
a business and this is the responsible
and risk that you take on not only do I
have to focus on feeding my staff and
paying for the lease in the office of
that business I also have my personal
issues where how do I take care of my
family and my personal mortgage or rent
on my home so that's kind of the stuff
that we're just working out right now
what's really cool is um because of our
awesome fan base all of our companies
are still doing strong going strong and
I haven't got hit like a lot of none of
my businesses have gotten hit really
that hard like some of my other friends
so shout outs do you guys think you guys
so much for supporting us throughout all
these years but we'll see we'll see what
happens the next couple months it's been
really really stressful but I'm really
appreciative of you guys and thanking
you guys for helping us to be able to go
strong and not have to lay people off
immediately like a lot of companies have
done already this Tychus saw this
youtube video where they talk about the
phases of the Moon and there's eight
phases of the Moon by the way it's just
one moon but there's eight phases so it
looks different every time
um so he's been wanting to see hold on
baby hold on
so he's been asked me to see the movie
where hold on baby but where were
located you can't see the moon so we're
gonna go on the drive cuz he remembered
I didn't even bring it up today he's
like mommy let's go see the moon let's
go see the moon and I'm like okay let's
go see the moon so we're gonna go see
the moon I don't see the moon
so we're legit driving trying to find
the moon because Tycho wants to look for
the moon and if it's educational stuff
then I'm all for it but I should have
actually looked at the sky like an app
that tells me the phases of the Moon or
what this guy is but we don't see it and
honestly I think I just wanted to get
out of the house a little bit and just
drive because I love driving and this is
still social distancing because I'm not
interacting with any people and I was
trying to be educational and showtek of
the moon but I don't see the moon
where's the moon take aways the moon
it's up in the sky yeah that's true
you're not wrong let me see if I could
turn on the lights
you guys could see the little man
back there he's in his rope you don't
see the moon anywhere but where I don't
see it man we don't see the moon oh you
see it I don't see it I'm sky okay well
if you see it then you see it mommy
doesn't see it well the store is still
poppin come on people
this should be empty this should be
completely empty y'all okay I'm just
gonna assume you guys run out of milk
and you guys have kids like the way we
do pretty damn tired decision you know
how I know cuz we didn't clean anything
up and you know what we don't really
care we're gonna be home all day
tomorrow anyways and so after all the
cooking I did for dinner guess what
didn't clean that up either just leaving
all the water here even from breakfast
and then just throwing it here I'm just
gonna enjoy my Reese's peanut butter
cookie and the other day and we'll go
give my bear massage she's not feeling
that good but thank you guys for
following us on another wonderful day
inside our wonderful home and I'm so
glad we're able to still connect with
you guys and share all these really cool
